We are the local chapter of a national non-profit organization designed to help those who have depression and bipolar disorder find others with similar experiences for support and networking.  Anyone can benefit from attending one of our support groups, 

whether you are not feeling well and suspect you may have an underlying illness, you have been diagnosed, or are a friend or family member of someone who has been diagnosed.
